Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located near a metro station and Parque de febrero. Close to a great bakery for breakfast and plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a well-appointed bathroom. Free water, fruit, and snacks provided in the room.

The staff were great, always willing to help. They even allowed us to use their personal wifi network when the hotel's wifi was not working. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to restaurants and other amenities. the hotel provided treats such as toast and jellies, as well as water for the guests.
Our experience was marred by several issues. This made it difficult for us to get proper rest, especially since the room was not properly darkened.

The hotel does not provide breakfast. However, they do offer a kettle for making hot drinks and provide some breakfast biscuits.
